Thoughts on work...

hi guys, i hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day. right now my little guy is fast asleep in his little rocker. he had a bath this am so his hair in back is little spikes, too cute. so yesterday was my first day back at work and brandon, aspen, and i arrived on my parent's doorstep at 8:05..i just had to go into the office for a few hours, so it was nice to ease back in. it honestly felt good to get myself "ready" in work clothes and to have a few adult conversations during the day! i know that will probably get old real fast. when i got back, my mom was also watching my days away from 2 year old nephew. i was impressed, other than poor aspen who got stuck in the basement, everyone was happy! i was all rejeuvenated for tummy time and couldn't wait to hold my boy (and play catch with aspen). so i think this will be an alright thing, i just have to balance how long i'm gone and determine if i want to stay at full time. next week when i start seeing clients again will be the true test.
